(REUTER’S TEEEGBAMS PER PRESS agency) Loados, August 26. Yellow fever is spreading in America. Severe storms have occurred in England, inflicting much damage. A revolution has broken out in San Domingo. The man-of-war ship Cormorant has sailed from Spithead for Australia. A leader in the Lon ion Times referring to the quarrels in the Victorian Legislature strongly objects to the appeal to Downing street, and recommends a settlement of the question by the joint votes of the two Houses.
