Sailing boats off the wind to give way to boats on the wind. * Boats meeting on the wind to port their helms. Any boat wilfully fouling another, to be disqualified. No person can enter a boat for the first-class sailing race, unless a bona fide subscriber of 10s. For all other races 55., and then only coxswain or master. No handicapping allowed. All protests to bo made to the judges immediately on arrival at the winning point. In all disputes the decision of the committee to be final.
