(Before J. N. Wood, Esq., Warden.) Wednesday, 26th November, 1873. Ah Wang v. O’Brien.—Complainant sued de- i fendant for £lB, and prayed that the Warden ; would order defendant to allow the water to flow : into his (complainant’s) head-race in the same ( manner as before the beach was cut away. , Judgment for plaintiff, with cos Is ; and de-. : fendant was in addition fined 20s. for breach of , regulation XXYI. , Thursday, 27th November. i Gemmel and Currie v. T. and M. Fitzgerald— • Complaint for interfering with water-right. Defendants, were ordered to desist from using i the water when complainants had not the full i supply, and was in addition fined 55., with ; costs.
The Orepuki Sludge Channel Co. v. TV. Reid s- and the Executors of the W. Madden.—Tins was settled out of Court— agreeing for. pay the plaintiffs £lO, and to block up the tails race at the box at the Tuo nua, so that their water water will run down the Tuo nua. t , Friday, 28th November. Watson v. Howells. Claim of £lB 4s, 6d. i Adjourned to the 16th January, 1874.
