NEW PLYMOUTH SESSION PRISONERS SENTENCED (Per Press Association). NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. The following prisoners were sentenced in the Supreme Court by Mr Justice Ostler: Gordon Joseph Sattler, arson, three, charges, one years’ hard labour. D’Arcy Henry Gyde, arson, two charges, two years’ probation. Frederick Allan Giles, indecent assault on a female, two /ears’ probation. Sydney Gordon Jefferies, false declaration under Marriage Act, three months’ probation. Frederick James Fitzsimmons, carnal knowledge, one year’s proba.tion. Wallace James Moran, breaking, entering and theft, one year’s probation.
