FOUND IN SHEEP DIP
BABY BOY DROWNED TRAGEDY AT WAIAU (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. The. two-year-old son of Mr Alf. Brustad, Waiau, was drowned in the sheep dip at his father’s home today. The child was with his father in the wool shed and was unobserved for a few minutes. He was found 10 minutes later in the sheep dip. Resuscitation measures failed to restore animation and a doctor was called but the child was dead. The child’s mother, who was wellknown by her maiden name, Miss Aroha Clifford, died when the baby was born.'
