PREMIER’S TOUR ENDS SPEECH AT RANGIORA i (Per Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. The Prime Minister, the Rft. Hon. G. W. Forbes, completed his election tour of the South Island to-day. This afternoon ho addressed, a large number of his own constituents at Rangiora, whefre he spoke from the bajleony of the Junction Hotel. He was given a most friendly reception. To-night Mr Forbes left for Web Ungton to be there for election night.
