The Weather Forecast

| COLD AND SQUALLY

(Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The general inference is that the last of the recent series of intense westerly depressions has been crossing the Dominion, but barometers are still low everywhere. An extensive anti-cyclone is advancing over Australia. The forecast is for strong westerly to south-westerly winds of gale force at places; weather cold, changeable, and squally, with scattered rain and in places hail, also snow likely on the ranges; seas rough.
