SOUTHERLY WINDS AND FROSTS (Per jrress Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The general inference is that a fairly intense anti-cyclone has advanced on to New Zealand, its centre this morning being located west of the North Island. Pressure is still low over the southeastern area of Australia. The forecast is for light variable winds, southerly ruling al first; weather fair to fine, cold nights with sharp frosts; seas, smooth to moderate.
