OBITUARY
MR. C. K. WILSON, EX-M.P. (Per Press Association.) TE KUITI, This Day. The death took place early this morning of Mr. Charles Kendall Wilson, one of the best known residents of the King Country. Born in Sydney, he came to New' Zealand at the age of sixteen, with his parents. Afterwards he was an autcioneer at Horowhenua for Messrs. Abraham and Williams. He arrived in the King Country in 1910, farming at Piopio. The late Mr. Wilson represented the Waitomo electorate from 1913 to 1916, was a member of the Meat Board from 1923 till 1931, and a member of the Waitomo County Council for over 20 years.
