MAMOS DEFEATS CHEUNG TWO FALLS TO ONE (Per Press Association.) TIMARU, Last Night. Before a crowded house to-night Harry Mamos beat Wong Buk Cheung by two falls to one in a solid wrestling contest, which went to the seventh round. Mamos secured the first fall in the fourth round after a series of headlocks and cross buttocks, which were followed by a forward slam from a crutch hold. The Chinese evened in the fifth, pinning the Greek with a body press after two flying tackles. In the seventh Mamos secured a Boston crab after weakening his opponent with a series of punishing headlocks, Cheung submitting.
