AUSTRALIANS WIN TIE
IN MATCH WITH FRANCE
LONDON, June 18.
Australia won the Davis Cup tie in the Davis Cup tennis contest against France by three matches to two and will now meet Czecho-Slovakia in the European zone final. Crawford defeated Boussus, 2-6, 6-2, 4-6, 6-4, 6-0. Merlin beat McGrath, 4-6, 6-1, 6-3, 6-0.
