Waipukurau June. 18th., 1934. WAIPUKURAU COUNTY COUNCIL IVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Waipukurau. County Council, at its monthly meeting to be held in the Council Chambers. Waipukurau, on Saturday, the seventh day of July, 1934, to make and levy a general rate under the provisions of “The Counties Act, "The Rating Act, 1925” (Section 51 1920” (Section 120 and 121) and to 59) on the basis of the unlmproved'value of all rateable property m the following ridings:—> Hatuma Riding . . id..in the £. Mt. Herbert Riding sd. in the £. Purimu Riding . . fd. in the £. Out of the proceeds of the said rates will be paid the interest and other charges on the No. 4 Gorge Bridge Loan, £1250, at 4| per centum. AND ALSO to make and levy under Section 52 of “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926” and for the purpose of that Act, a rate of id. in the £. on the basis of the Unimproved Value, upon all rateable property within the said County to provide the sum of £5BB 5s lOd, being the amount of levy payable to the Waipawa Hospital Board for the Current Year. All such rates to be for a period commenced on the Ist day of April, 1934, and ending on the 31st day of March. 1935, and shall be payable in one sum on the first day of September, 1934, at the office of the Waipukurau County Council, Northumberland Street, Waipukurau, where the Rate Book and the Valuation Roll will be open for Inspection during office hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. except Saturdays when the hours will be between 10 a.m. and noon.
