As the result of being struck by a motor car at a street intersection last night, Mrs Ellen Moorehouso was admitted to hospital wih serious injuries. It was raining at the time, and the driver, a High School boy, stated that ho did not see the woman till too late to avoid an accident. YOUTH SERIOUSLY INJURED \ Per Press Associations OAMARU, Last Night. Alien Mould, aged 17, was seriously injured yesterday when his rifle went off as he was getting through a fence at Kakanui, the bullet entering his side. He was taken to hospital, and his condition is serious. MAN INSTANTLY KILLED TE AROHA, Last Night. While out shooting on Saturday evening, Ronald Stockley, aged 23, slipped and received a charge from a gun in. the head, causing instant death. He is survived by a widow and infant.
