ENGLISHMAN ARRESTED . ACTIONS IN GERMANY LONDON, March 27. Because he photographed two German marines, also a building, Mr A. Palmer, a Portsmouth business man, was arrested in Chemnitz as a spy. He was not allowed to telephone his friends, and had to walk to the police station escorted by armed police.
