To-day’s Weather Forecast
INTENSE HIGH PRESSURE UNSETTLED CONDITIONS \Per Press Association) WELLINGTON. This Day. The general inference is that New Zealand is still located in an intense high pressure area, the centre lying along the East Coast. The cyclone off the New South Wales coast has, however, deepened, and moved eastwards, therefore unsettled conditions are likely from to-morrow. The forecast is for light variable winds, but north-easterlies soon prevailing and later freshening; weather fine - and mild, but becoming unsettled to-morrow, with rain developing; seas moderate but rising.
