GOOD PROGRESS
On Finance Bill (No. 4) IN HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ADDITIONAL CLAUSES TO-DAY I (Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Finance Bill (No. 4), which was introduced in the House bi’ Representatives yesterday was read for the second time without division at 4.15 o’clock this morning and by 6.30 o’clock its clauses had been dealt with in commitee. Progress was then reported. The Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates stated that additional clauses would be Jbrought down to-day. A clause providing for annual licensing of nurses, maternity nurses, and midwives, was withdrawn. The House rose at 6.37 o’clock till 2.30 o'clock this afternoon.
