REDUCED PRICES
OF DAIRY EXPORTS BETTER THAN RESTRICTION CANBERRA. Last Night. The Federal Cabinet lias decided against the British proposal to reduce butter imports, emphasising that it would mean a reduction in production with disastrous effects upon the industry generally, and also a congestion of supplies in cold storage. Tt would be better to accept reduced prices rather than risk disorganisation of the dairying industry.
