A Popular Band Concert

Under the auspices of the Wellington Artillery Band another popular concert programme will be given in the Municipal Theatre on Thursday night, when the selection 11 Sailors’ Memories” will be an outstanding feature, being descriptive of the life led by men of the sea, with appropriate chorus numbers. Community singing is also to form part of the varied entertainment, with music by the band. Local artists are to assist in promoting the success of the evening’s programme, which promises to bo a rare treat for music lovers. Prices to suit the times will be charged, viz., circle Is, and downstairs 6d, with reserved seats 6d extra.
