BUTTER TEMPERATURE MEDICAL RESEARCH REPORT LONDON, January 28. A report by Dr. S. S. Zila on behalf of the Medical Research Council shows that Australian and New Zealand butter can undergo a temperature of 10 to 20 degrees Fahrenheit without impairing its taste and nutritiveness and equals the best European butter.
