HINKLER’S FATE
SEARCH PLANS ABANDONED A MEMORIAL PROPOSED LONDON. .Tannary 2G. After consultation with the Air Ministry the Hinkler search committee has abandoned its plans for a land search in Switzerland, being convinced of the impossibility of fading the lost airman alive. It is now proposed to devote the funds to the erection of a memorial in London.
