GOOD LONDON COMPETITION AT FULL LATE RATES LONDON, January 24. At the wool sales 3,325 bales wore offered, including 2,867 New Zealand ■approximately 7,330 were sold. There was good Home and Coi'-tiiioiibil competition a*, full rates. Queensland: .Cambridge Downs, -ton llld. average 10 3-8 d; scoured ditto 18MI. New Zealand: Greasy crossbred Kawa., top 10d. average 7 7-8 d; scoured Aleriuo. Bendigo, top 18’d, average 161 d. SYDNEY VALUES SYDNEY, Last Night. At the wool sales 10.465 bales were offered, of which 9973 were sold and also 493 disposed of privately. There was keen and general competition from all sections. Spinners’ fine qualify wools were verv firm at the recent level. All other descriptions sold well up to late rate®. Grea.sy Merino fleece sold to 163 d.
