On a straight vote Mr. Cosgrave is assured ot a working majority, but proportional representation may produce a ditlerent result, although the odds are slightly in his favour. The counting begins on Wednesday and it is expected that small constituencies will be known by the evening, but the complete results will not be available till the week-end.
