THE JERVOIS HANDICAP DIVISION DECIDED ON (Per Press Association! AUCKLAND. Last Night. Owing to the large number of acceptors in the Jervois Handicap to be decided at Ellerslie on Friday, the Auckland Racing Club has had to divide the event and the divisions will form the first and third races on the programme. Owing to there being seven events on the progremme the divisions will be treated as separate races and the totalisator will bo open on each of them. The stake has been increased to 200sovs for each division. The divisions arc as follows:—
