New Zealand Canterbury lambs, 36/ under 6|d; 37/42 6d; 43/50 6d; second quality, average 33, s|d. Other South Island brands, 36/under 6 3-8 d; 37/42 Gd; 43/50 63. Demand increasing with the lower prices. Mutton Market: Easier in sympathy with lambs. There is little better enquiry for wethers. Beef Market: Supplies of frozen beef exhausted. N.Z. Porker Pigs: Easier with warm weather.
