Forty-year-old Stamp.

That money is never wasted in stamps was again proved by the re-

ceipt by a Mate °fa business man of a letter from Aus °lia, on which w’as a twopenny New South Wales stamp of Queen Victoria period. As this issue of stamps dates back to 1897, and since 1911 all stamp issues have been taken over by the Commonwealth Government, the stamp used was something of a rarity.
