TOKIO, May 11.
Cabinet has decided unconditionally to witdraw to Japan the entire land forces from Shanghai immediately, leaving the Allied Powers to guard the safety of the international settlement.

200 KILLED IN A CLASH
SHANGHAI, May 11
There is imminent danger at Harbin as a result of an action between the Alanchuka Government troops and soldier bandits yesterday ten miles north of Harbin. Two hundred were killed.
