OBITUARY
MR. JAMES ALBERT BLAKE
The death occurred at Sister Anderson’s private hospital yesterday of Mr Janies Albert Blake, who was 62 years of age. Deceased, who was a wellknown resident of Waipawa, leaves a widow and family circle to mourn his passing. The funeral takes place from. St.. Peter’s Church, Waipawa tomorrow, at 2 p.ni., for the Waipawa cemetery. MRS R. HARWOOD The death occurred on Saturday morning of Mrs R. Harwood, who was for many years a resident of Onga Onga. After her husband’s death a. few years ago Mrs Harwood went, to Australia and returned to Hawke's Bay about a year ago to reside with her son at Waipawa. Shortly after she became ill, and had been an inmate of the Waipukurau Hospital until her death. She is survived by. one son. The funeral, which was conducted by the Rev. AV. T. Drake, took place yesterday, a short service being held, in the Anglican Church before leaving for the -Onga Onga cemetery. The many beautiful floral tributes and the large attendance testified to the esteem in which, the deceased was held.
