A young woman, Mrs Myrtle Wiggins, from Petone, the wife of Mr Archibald Joseph Wiggins, of Mangatainoka, was admitted to hospital late yesterday afternoon suffering from a severe burn to her „ hands, arms and body, sustained yrhen her clothes caught alight while placing a kettle of water on the fire range. The unfortunate sufferer’s condition is critical.
