T?Y Order in Council, made and issued by His Excellency the GovernorGeneral in Council on the 28th day of September, 1925, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the duty by way of land-tax leviable under the said Act should be paid in one sum on FRIDAY, the 6th day of November, 1925, at the office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order in Council, I hereby give notice that the said duty will be payable accordingly. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before 27th November, 1925. The liability to pay is not suspended by any objection. The tax should be paid on or before the prescribed date, otherwise the adidtional percentage accrues; any overpayment will be adjusted by refund. The demands will bo posted from the office of the Commissioner of Taxes on or about 30th October, 1925. WAIPUKURAU COUNTY COUNCIL. REGULATIONS AS TO THE USH OF MOTOR LORRIES. CLASSIFICATION OF BOARDS. pURSUANT to Section 7 of the Regulations, exercised ' under the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1924, and the Motor Vehicles Act, 1924, public notice is hereby given that the Council has approved the following classification of roads -within its boundaries: — CLASSIFICATION. First-class Roads—Available for use thereon of any Motor Lorry. Napier-Wellington Road, via Pukeora Sanatorium, Main Waipukurau-Hatuma-Takapau Road, Rangitoto Road, Waipukurau-Porangahau road, Racecourse Road. Second-class Roads—Available for use thereon of any Motor Lorry which with the maximum load it is licensed to carry weighs not more than 8 tons. Ngahape Road, Tourere Road, Hamilton’s Road, Flemington Road, Farm Road, Mt. Horbert-Manga : tarata Road, Middleton Road; Mt. Herbert Road, Marakekc Road, Wain Road.
