Due member remarked amid considerable, laughter that an innocent cow grazing on the road had pushed open a front gate, entered same property and created gay sport with the garden and lawn and as the home happened to be that of the long arm of the law the owner thought it wise to apply for permission to graze to save trouble in the future.
