CONDITIONS: Nominations for Nos. 5,9, 11, 14, 15, 16 and 19, accompanied with the necessary fees, close with the Secretary, Kumeroa Post Office, on Thursday, 6th January, 1910. All acceptances close half an hour before time of event. Intending competitors in Handicap Events must send in performances (if any) for the last twelve months; otherwise last three performances. Three entries or no race. Five entries or no second prize. All protests must be made with the Secretary not later than five minutes after the race, and accompanied with a deposit of 10s, which will be forfeited if protest not upheld, The Association will not be responsible for any accident occurring to competitors.
