The Paris Courts have just acquitted a workman named Baudin, living in a suburb, of a charge of murdering his. wife. The circumstances are probably unique. In January last, at the request of his wife, who was suffering great agony from an incurable disease, Baudin shot and killed her. Then he gave himself up to the police.
