Affairs in China.
PEINCE CHUN'S MISSION. Berlin, Sept. 3. The members of the Chinese mission assert that the Kaiser has waived his demand that the mission should kowtow, and will accord an audience only to Prince Chun and "Xing Chung. Prince Chun has thanked the Kaiser for removing this difficulty, and has started for Berlin, where he remains for a fortnight. Prince Chun was ordered not to consent to any clemenoy differing from the reception of all ambassadors. The Kaiser's modification is interpreted at Pekin as a great victory. Tbe German Press is completely front, and now declares the nature of the obeisance is devoid of interest. Chun and party have arrived at Potsdam, and have acoepted invitations to visit all the Powers interested in China.
