Advertisements received without sneli instruction will he inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Notice to withdraw advertisements must be given in writing '.not later than noon. Advertisements inserted by the month or quarter, and withdrawn at anytime before the expiry of a monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as if inserted for the full term.
