THE WATCHMEN DRUNK. New York, February 8. Five bodies have been recovered from the Koyol Hotel debris. Sixty-nine are missing. Twenty-four of the inmates were injured in attempting to escape, while 8t managed to get out of the burning building without being hurt. The nightwatchmeu at the hotel were under the influence of drink. One of the most appalling' features in the lire yesterday was the collapse of the interior of the hotel j list as the ocelli pauts were aroused.
