Examiner Special, Napier, This Day, A woman named Mary Lamb was today fined £1 and costs or seven days for drunkeness and three weeks for obsence language. At its next meeting, the Charitable Aid Board will probably call for competitive designs for a new Refuge. H.M.S. Ringarooma will arrive on Friday afternoon and will arrive on Friday afternoon and will be thrown open to the public for inspection. The local police have not yet received any intimation regarding ex-Inspector Mo®re’s appointment to Napier district. Dr Hatchings, tvho has been in poor health for some time past, has gone south for a mouth’s holiday. Captain Gibb of the s.s. Australia is recovering from the influenza and will probablv take charge of his boat this week.
