ALTERNATE TENDERS are invited for tho Erection of New Departmental Offices for the General Government, in Concrete or Timber, on land to be reclaimed from the harbour of Wellington. Telegraphio tenders, similarly addressed and marked, will be received, if presented at any telegraphio office by noon of the same date, provided that written tenders in due form are lodged at the office of! a District Engineer by the same hour.
