Notice is hereby given that the following sections of agroiultural land, situated in the Manawatu District, are still Open fob Sale on Deferred Payments, viz : — 12 Sections in Sandon 13 „ „ Carnarvon 60 „ „ Palmerston. The sections vary in size from 90 to 200 Acres each, at an Upset Price of 25s to 40s an Aoee. The Teem 3of Payment extend over Five Yeaes. The Sandon and Carnarvon sections consist of First-class Open Agricultural Land, with occasional patches of Bush. They adjoin (he Hutt Smali Farm Block, and the Main Trunk Line of Road from Bull's to Palmerston passes through them. The Palmerston sections consist of Bush Land, the Timber being of tho Finest Quality, including Totara. These sections abut on the Railway Line at their Northeastern boundary, and adjoin Colonel FeildINa's Block. Tho Tramway from Palmerston to Foxton, the shipping port, .will be completed in two months. Maps showing tho position, &c, of the sections, and every other information, can be obtained at The Crown Lands Office, Wellington ; or The Survey Office, Bull's, Rangitikei. JO3. G.
