The Architect, whose design shall be approved by the Board, will have the superintendence of the buildiug while being erected, and will receive the usual commission. Premiums of Fifty Pounds and Twentyfive Pounds will be paid to the respective Architects whose designs may be considered by the Board to rank first and second.
