The " Hawke's Bay Herald" -publishes a letter from the Rev Mr Barclay, one of the emigration agents at home, complaining of coi'tam ststements made relative to himself by the Hon Mr Waterhouse in the Legislative Council. Dunedin, Monday. At the Heads— City of Dunedin, from London. Bluff, Saturday. Arrived — Zealandia, from London, 84 days out, with 400 immigrants, all well. She proceeds to Port Chalmers after landing 250 passengers here. Bluff, Monday. The Zealandia's passengers were landed this morning, t and will sail for Port Chalmers to-morrow.
