DRUNKENNESS, i John Youncr, for being; drunk and disorderly and using profuno langunge, wns finod 103 ; in dofaulfc, ordered to bo imprisoned for 24 hours. a -window break rcit. A small boy mimed Joseph Ennnistor, not more than thirteen years of ago, was brought, up the charge of breaking the •windows of Anrlrow V. Hiscox, find ordered to pay for the damago dono ; in default, to bo committed for forty- eight hours. It appeared that tho lifctlo fellow had firmed himself with one of those ingenious boyish contrivances callpd catapults and in the cotu'so of his praetico he put a hole through prosecutor's window. Ho thon suddenly took himself off to another street to his rocreation, but Mr Hiscox had followod him and succeeded in catching the young hopeful. When tho lad fouiid that escape was out of the question ho had colonial assurance enough to endeavor to buy off his captor with a bribe of a couple of shillings, CITITi.
