"jVTOTICE is hereby givei^tbat at a meeting i3l of the Council of the B,orougli of Wellington, hold on the 13th December, 1871, pursuant to special notice in that behalf, a special order was made that tho several provisions of tho Thirteenth Schedule to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1871, should bo adopted, in and for tho said borough, and thut all Byo Laws or regulations, or parts of ByeLaws or regulations heretofore in force 'n and for Lho said Borough of Wellington, which ni'o inconsistent with, or repugnant to the provisions of tho said Thirteenth Schedule, should be repealed. And that n meeting of tho Council will bo held on FBIDAY, the 12th JANUARY, 1872, in the Council Chambers, at hnlf-past three o'clock, for tho purpose of confirming the said special orders.
