NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Council of the Borough of Wellington, held on the 13th December, 1871, pursuant to special notico in that behalf, a special order was made that the several provisions of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1871, should be adopted, in and for the said borough, aud that all Bye Laws or regulations, or parts of ByeLaws or regulations heretofore in force in and for tho said Borough of Wellington, which tivo inconsistent with, orrepiignnnt, to tho provisions of the said Thirteenth Schedule, should \ be repealed.
