I^sTOTICE is hereby given that ut a meeting JL vj of the Council of this Borough of Wellington, held on the 13th December, 1871, pursuant to special notice in that behalf, a special order wus made that the several provisions of the Thirteenth Schedule to the Municipal Corpora! ions Act, 1871, should be adopted, in and for the said borough, and that all, Byo Laws or regulation. 1 !, or parts of ByoLaws or regulations heretofore in force in and for tho said Borough of Wellington, which are inconsistent with, orrepugnnnt to tho provisions of the said Thirteenth Schedule, should be repealed.
