Wflnganui, Captain Linklater, for a Steam Excursion on Tuosday , 2Gth December, wcathor permitting. First Trip, tho steamer will leave tho Queen's Wharf at 8 o'clock a.m. ; Second Trip, at 11 a.m.; Third Trip, at half-pust 3 p.m. A Quadrille Baud will bo engaged, and arrangements mado for tho careful landing and embarking of passengers at Lowry Bay.
