THE SOLE REASON WHY WE HAVE IMPORTED SO LARGELY THIS SEASON was owing to the inducement held oufc to our buyers by tho unsettled state of the markets, in consequenco of Continental difficulties, and TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A FAVORABLE OPPORTUNITY, and buying largely. In many instances we have been enabled to save fifty per cent on former prices, or, in other words, to buy at HALF PRICE, and in no caso less than TWENTY PER CENT, lower than last your. Of this our customers shall have the full benefit. Residence is permitted in any part the Globo distant uot more than 31° S., or 33 ° N. of the Equator, or in any part of the Australian Colonies south of the 25th parrallel of south latitude, or Great Britain, and premiums may always be pnid on the due dales at tho nearest Money Order Office. 6. Insurances effected for tho benefit of, and settled on wife or children are free, to tho extout of £2000, from tho chiims of creditors. 7. Tho Consolidated Revenue of tho Colony is liable for all claims, in tho event of the recoipts at any time being insufficient to meet demands, thus affording the best security to the assured.
