MESSRS VENNELL, MILLS & CO have jnst received, ex Lady Bird, i» spledid collection of the above, from the justly celebrated Nursery of Francis Ferguson, Caraclcn, N.S.W., comprising— A large variety of peaches, nectarines, npricota, cheviios, pears, apples, mulbcrrye, vines, cypresses, cedars, pines, and a large variety of choice plums ; also, azaleas, camelias, climbers, &c, &c, &c. This will bo tho last lot of tho season, and parties will do well to attend this sale, as the varieties are of the finest and newest kinds. The Slip is to be capable of hauling up and launching vessels up to 2000 tons register. The material necessary for the work will be supplied by the Company. The drawings, specifications, and conditions can be seen on or after the 15th August next, at the office of the Company's Engineer, where sealed tenders, properly endorsed, will bo received.
