THE SOLE REASON WHY WE HAVE IMPORTED SO LARGELY THIS SEASON was owing to the inducement held out to our buyers by the unsettled state of the; markets, in consequence of Continental difficulties, and TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A FAVORABLE OPPORTUNITY, and buying largely. Of this our customers shall have the full benefit. In an advertisement of this sort we cannot give details, but will note a few of the special lines, which no family should be without, as the price is very litfcle over one-half of that hitherto charged in Wellington for the same clnss of goods.
