All Entries to be made on Thursday, the 3rd August, at Mr Prosser's Crown & Anohor Hotel, between 8 and 10 p.m. RULES. All competitors to appear in proper costume colors, to bo stated at time of entrance. All Races to be started by report of pistol. Any competitor leaving his mark before the report of pistol will bo put back one yard the first time, two yards the second time, and the third time he will bo disqualified.
