All Entries to be made on Thursday, the 3rd August, at Mr Prosser's Crown & Anchor Hotel, between 8 and 10 p.m. RULES. All compelitoi'9 to appear in proper costume colors, to be stated at time of entrance. All Races to be started by report of pistol. Any competitor leaving his mark before the report of pistol will be put back one yard the first time, two yards the second time, and the third timo he will be disqualified.
